Change is like spring. It’s a moment in our lives when the cycle of life pulls us out of the gray and dark skies and thrusts us into the sunlight. Change is only difficult when you hold on to what was and you struggle with the Law of Acceptance. Accepting where you were, what went wrong, with notions of “I should have…” “I could have…” is a heavy load to bear.
It’s like carrying an umbrella when the forecast is scheduled for clear skies. It’s that “just in case” attitude I believe is what keeps many of us from diving into change with a positive state of mind. Rather than looking at change as a burden, consider it a blessing in disguise. Change presents us with the ability to rewind and give ourselves the permission to start off on the right foot.
