Not In My Wildest Dreams

It's Not a Dream AnymoreIt’s 7:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning here on the East Coast and I just couldn’t sleep so here I am writing. It was one of those nights where I tossed and turned all night. However, it wasn’t a nightmare that kept me awake, it was visions and thoughts of Urban FLRT, having a clothing line, casting models, runway shows and achieving the impossible. It’s sometimes referred to as a dream.

Although, it’s far from a dream , it’s not quite close to being called a reality, it’s somewhere in between. It’s a dream that has kept me awake during the hours of the day which now keeps me awake during the hours of my sleep. This could only be a sign that my hope is on it’s way!  Whether we’re awake or asleep we each dream of a time and place where our lives are nothing but perfect.  However those dreams are not for nothing because they are the pathway to what we can have and what we can really be.   It’s all for something!

Dreams are not only a vivid collection of thoughts or ideas flowing within, they are the keys into a world of unknown bliss, if we’re willing to take the risk.  Our hearts and minds let us know that it’s alright to believe, dream, and allow for anything to be possible.   If you can see it, you can achieve it.   All that you can imagine can happen.  Everything you see you can be.

What are your wildest dreams?  Is it finding the perfect mate?  Is it owning your own business?   Is it simple to inspire others?   It’s funny as I write this, I just had my own internal “aha” moment.  Whatever your dream, goal or wish for your life is, the trick to making it a reality is to stop calling it a dream.   It’s not a dream unless you call it a dream.  Anything is possible.

On a day like this when my day-dreams invade my dreams at night and become a beautiful nightmare is the second I listen to the one that let’s me know my dream (hope) is on it’s way.
