Taking the time out to be alone with your thoughts is like writing a “Note to God.”
When you live in an urban environment like I do, it’s the fast paced lifestyle that causes people to live life on auto-pilot. It becomes second nature. You’re no longer aware that you’ve not taken time out for yourself because you’re always on the go.
Just the other day it happened to me. After an extremely long day I sat down on my couch and suddenly couldn’t move. It was as if my body shutdown and said no more. Weeks of being on the go suddenly took its toll. In that moment I knew I had to do something for me. Later that night I decided to spend some time alone to think and do what brings me joy and relaxation.
When you’re able to re-focus your attention on the activities in your life that bring you joy, generally you instantly calm down and start clearing your mind of all the outside chatter clouding your thoughts.
Whenever I have little downtime for long periods or time to myself I schedule a day to do the things I LOVE to do like: listening to music, working on Urban FLRT, thinking positive thoughts and having those good vibrations sent into the universe. When you think positive thoughts about your life, business, finding the right person to be loved by, praying for one’s mother you’re sending good vibrations into the universe. In my opinion, that’s a note to god.
My inspiration for the shirt came from the song “Note to God” by Charice.
