Are you still trying to figure out why your relationships never last? Are you familiar with the saying, Watch the company you keep? Are you ready to stop hearing, “What is the one thing your ex’s have in common?” You!
I believe my recent a-ha moment, is just the recipe you need. It’s called food for thought. Plus, you’ll end up with enough courage to fix the problem, “You.”
UrbanLand Media not long ago had a conversation with the Head Guru (Mom) about the many reasons why relationships seldom last and you’re faced with the fact you’re dating the same character type. Personally from my experience, it’s someone who is toxic to your system because you decided to ignore your own built-in virus protection, your inner spirit.
Nevertheless, my mission is to help each you achieve dating success. You’ll no longer struggle to comprehend why someone as perfect as you, with amazing qualities is continuing to attract what you least want.
“How funny!” The very thing we rolled our eyes at when we were young actually is the best advice our parents could have instilled in each of us.
Wow, my a-ha moment just slapped me in the face, “Watch the company you keep,” was a simple way of saying, if you find yourself questioning and you’ve identified a vicious cycle or pattern in a relationship or friendship, it’s time for a self-assessment.
The phrase is a reminder, an internal radar and indicator light telling you to stop, think and change the frequency (your thoughts and standards) you’ve been emitting into the universe.
The pattern of failed relationships simply boils down to needing to take a long hard look at your thought process and where you can quickly change it. It’s like watching television, when a program comes on that doesn’t meet your liking, what do you? You change the channel.
Although it takes time to grasp, it’s simple. A saying that has been passed down for centuries and ignored has resurfaced in a book, one of my favorites, “The Secret.”
“Nothing can come into your experience unless you summon it through persistent thoughts. Most of us attract by default. We just think we don’t have any control over it. Our thoughts and feelings are on autopilot, and so everything is brought to us by default. No one would ever deliberately attract anything unwanted…”
You have a choice, and whatever you choose to think will become your life experience.
You’re thoughts are a powerful tool so use them well and to your advantage.
I want the best for each of you so I leave you with another passage from the book:
“When you become aware of the this great law (Law of Attraction – Like Attracts – Like), then you become aware of how incredibly powerful you are, to be able to THINK your life into existence.”
Date Smart… Date for Success!
